Kirk Andresen
Kirk Andresen is the Resource Ministry Director in CC Fort Lauderdale’s Active Word Operations. He also oversees the Tape Ministry, which began in 1985. He was also the previous manager of Calvary Chapel Bookstore and has more than 30 years of experience. The bookstore at Ft. Lauderdale has 11 paid staff and 30-50 volunteers.
Aurelio Barreto
Aurelio Barreto is the founder and CEO of C28. After receiving Christ into his heart and praying to be used by God with the talents he had, God gave him a vision to start a retail store directed towards youth. Following the vision came months of prayer and seeking the Lord’s guidance in what to name the store and where to open. C28, derived from Colossians 2:8, was first opened in the Tyler Mall in Riverside, CA. Now, there are 6 company stores, 4 franchise stores, NOTW clothing, and C28.com for online shopping.

Kirk Blank
Kirk Blank is the Chief Operating Officer of the Munce Group. Munce was started by Bob Munce where he offered a catalog program to 22 stores. Now it is the nation’s largest full-service marketing group, serving nearly 600 U.S. independent retailers.
Rich Chaffin
Rich Chaffin is the pastor of Calvary Chapel Laguna Creek in California. CC Laguna Creek was originally started by Pastor Gary Grace, but in 1994 Pastor Gary moved to Calvary Chapel Lodi. In this shift, the Lord raised Rich Chaffin to oversee and Pastor CC Laguna Creek. Since then, he has been the senior pastor.
Bob Flores
Bob Flores is the manager of Calvary Chapel Chino Hills’ book ministry. The church’s “bookstore” is only open on Sundays in the courtyard of the church. Bob has an amazing heart for his ministry. He is married to Rachelle, who also helps him in this ministry.

Mike Macintosh started Horizon Christian Fellowship in 1974 as a home Bible study of twelve people. It now serves thousands of adults and children. Mary Manz Simon
Dr. Mary Manz Simon has built a career out of carpools and soccer games. Under the umbrella of practical parenting advice, her books have sold more than two million copies and are available in nine different languages. Her daily radio program is heard on 200+ stations, and her magazine articles and national convention presentations reach thousands more each year. She has a bachelor’s, masters’, and doctor’s degree in education and has had the real-life experience of parenting three children in four years.

They offer 10-15 direct mail consumer catalogs per year along with a variety of marketing programs and services - from promotional merchandising to an in-store endcap, from business insurance to a member trade show.

Scott Cunningham
Director of the School of Worship, Scott has been leading worship internationally now for over 10 years. He has a worship CD entitled Grace Amazing (2005), and is currently in studios recording his upcoming release.
theHouse Band
theHouse Band is a worship team that was started and is now based out of Calvary Chapel of Costa Mesa. AJ Ogden, Brenen Beeler, Jared Rich, and Drew Enterline were originally asked to lead worship regularly during certain services. Now, they lead worship for “Monday Nights” with Pastor Garid Beeler, “theHouse”, a college Bible Study also with Pastor Garid Beeler, and other events such as conferences and other church services.
Evan Wickham
Evan Wickham is a worship leader who currently resides in Oceanside, CA with his talented wife, Sandy. Together, they lead worship at churches across the United States. His debut album, Mysterious Things, is a collection of intimate worship.
